Breast sculpting and cleavage design: Reduction

The patient felt very uncomfortable because of the large size of her breasts, both in terms of health since they were in the way when doing sports and caused her back pain, and in terms of social interactions since it was uncomfortable how they caused unsolicited interest and the difficulty to find suitable bras. She had not looked for a solution before since unfortunately in the media suboptimal results are the ones that get all the attention.
