Patient wanted to improve the lower third of her face, better defining and sculpting her jaw and neck. Because she had a good starting point we chose to perform minor procedures with a quick recovery. A bichectomy or buccal fat pad removal was performed to better define her cheek area between the jaw and cheekbone. She also had neck liposuction to better define the area under her jaw. Patient happy with her aesthetic experience.
